A fact that most would like to deny, as they careen around the corners of the dieting maelstrom, in an attempt to gain immortality, and/or the societal adored physique. Participating in crash diets, tax the body, while rigid health routines, tax the mind; the taxation of one, leads to the taxation of the other.
Ultimately, the best nutritional practice, is one that provides the best outcome for each individual, both physically, and mentally. The concept of a holistic lifestyle, incorporates all of the factors that have an impact on human health. Holistic nutritionists seek to help you achieve balance.
