what is the standard for products that are featured and/or sold on your website?
Any product that is featured and/or sold on our website, must meet the following criteria:
- The item must not be tested on animals.
- An essential oil must have a label that clearly states its scientific name, and must be organic, devoid of any added substances, and batch tested.
- A supplement must be organic, and devoid of binders, and fillers.
- A personal care item must be devoid of Aminophenol, Artificial Colors, Artificial Fragrances, Butylated Hydroxyanisole (BHA), Diaminobenzene, Dibutyl Phthalate, Formaldehyde, Parabens, Petroleum Distillates, Phenylenediamine, Polyethylene Glycol (PEG), Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Toluene, Triclocarban, Triclosan.
- A "Kitchenware" item material that will make direct contact with food, beverages, and any other substance that will be ingested, must be devoid of Aluminum, Bisphenol A (BPA), Brominated flame retardants (BFRs), Cadmium, Fluoropolymer (found in Teflon), Lead, Nickel, Perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA), and Polystyrene.
What is your shipping Policy?
We offer free standard shipping to addresses that are within the continental United States. If you would like to upgrade to a faster shipping method, then you may do so by selecting your desired shipping option, during the check-out stage. Upgraded shipping will have an associated fee.
We ship to those that live outside of the continental United States. Shipping charges are configured by our shipping calculator, during the checkout stage, and are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, destination, and shipping carrier.

What is your return Policy?
We accept returns within 14 consecutive days from the day on which the item has been delivered, and will provide a full refund of the purchase price of any item, providing that the item was not on sale, and is in unused condition. Specifically, an item that arrives in a manufacturer's packaging, must not be taken out of such packaging, and the packaging itself must be in good condition, however, if an item arrives, and is not in a manufacturer's packaging, then that item must have the original tag, that has not been removed from the item, and the item cannot have been worn, washed, or exposed to smoke, perfume, or any other substance that would leave a scent or residue.
You will be responsible for the shipping process, and charges, to and from your address, by the shipping company, unless there was a mistake on our behalf, such as the wrong item having been shipped, or upon opening or using the item, you notice that there is a defect, in which case we would send you a return shipping label, or reimburse you for the return shipping charges, as well as, ensure that your replacement order is sent without an additional shipping charge. In any case, you must contact us prior engaging in any shipping related activities.
